Ceremonies that change something
Two rooms, run properly — a guided retrospective and a refinement session. Free, and nobody needs an account: share a six-character code and start.
Retrospective
Look back at the sprint and leave with a small number of owned actions. Five guided phases, blind writing so nobody anchors on the first card, an anonymous safety check, dot voting to find the themes worth discussing, and actions that carry forward so the next retro opens with what the team promised last time.
Refinement
Work through the backlog and put a defensible number against each story. Planning Poker with the deck of your choice, a readiness checklist anyone in the room can hold open, and a parking lot that leaves with a name against every unanswered question.
What you get
- Real-time collaboration — everyone sees the board update as it happens
- Anonymous input where it matters: safety scores, ROTI and optionally the cards
- Team history, so a series of retrospectives shows a trend rather than a snapshot
- Exports as a designed PDF, Markdown or CSV
- Icebreakers and games for the first five minutes
